The Marina Family

Victor Molle and his family have owned and operated The Marina Restaurant & Bar at the Wharf since 1977. Victor started on the bar and has done every job in the restaurant and in North Shore Marine (the marina) since then, and will do any job now. You can always find members of the Molle family at the restaurant, even in the rare instances Victor is not there himself.

Our History

1954

North Shore Marine land purchased and developed

We sold boats and motors at a full functioning marina with moorings

1960

Archie’s Clams opened

1977

The Wharf Lounge opened

Cocktails and Piggy’s Pizza

1980

The Wharf Food & Drink

Started with a 10 item menu including steamers with garlic and onion, shrimp scampi, steak tips, burgers and fried clams. Seated about 40 people

1986

The addition or, Big Room, was completed

Expanded from 40 to 200 seats

1990

Outdoor dining area opened

The Deck was added

2000

North Shore Marine building demolished

Dunkin Donuts opens

2004

Brief intermission from restaurant

2013
